Stephen Landor was born on June 4, 1965, in Lacombe, Louisiana, to Evans and Isabel Landor.
Stephen graduated from Mandeville high school in 1983 before pursuing higher education at
Southern university and later earning an associate degree in HVAC from Delgado.
Community college. It was during his time at Delgado that he began an apprenticeship with
His beloved uncle clarence, an experience that laid the foundation for his successful
Career. Stephen also proudly served in the United States navy reserve, embodying a
Commitment to service and community.
In July 1998, Stephen moved to Riverdale, Georgia, where he established Landor’s heating and
Air, a testament to his entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic. He poured his heart into
His business, earning the respect and gratitude of many.
Stephen's memory will be lovingly cherished by his parents, Isabel and Evans Landor of
Lacombe, la; his son, Pete Landor of Lacombe, la; his sister, Tonita Landor of Lacombe, la; a
Special brother, Darren Pierre (Tonya) of Georgia; and a dear friend, Kelly Thompson of
Georgia. He is also remembered by his godfather, Julian Ducre of Lacombe, la, and his
Godchildren: Edina casnave, henry ducre jr., Kevin batiste, malik Pierre, and kara dumas
Dorsey along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Stephen was preceded in death by his grandparents, clarence Landor and Mae Landor
Broyard, and Hebert parker sr. And Lydia parker, as well as his godmother, Laura Clarke.
Stephen will be fondly remembered for his generous heart, unwavering commitment to his
Work, and the countless lives he touched. His passions included classic cars, but nothing.
Brought him more joy than spending time with his cherished family and friends. Though he
Made his home in Georgia, Stephen’s heart always remained in Lacombe, where he was proud.
