It is with sadness in our hearts that we announce the passing of Robert Anthony McGrath Sr. Born Oct.3rd 1968 passed on Sep. 21 2025. Son of the late Carolyn and Denis McGrath. Robert was a beloved husband to (Michelle McGrath) for 35 years. A father to (Robert A. McGrath Jr.) a brother to his sister( Caroline (Denise) McGrath/partner Robert Poyadou-Robert3, Anna,Kelsey, Sarha, Lauren)and brother to Benjamin A. McGrath/wife LaShanda McGrath. Brother in law to Steve/Sherri Stoufflet, Robyn Stoufflet, Scott/Ileen Stoufflet, Chellie Hailes Stoufflet, (the late Michael And Jimmy Stoufflet). Cousin (Dennis/Karen Fenimore Christine and Cindy) Laura/Lenny Hebert, (Trisha/Anthony- Kaitlyn Graffeo) Robert was a uncle to many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.( Davie Fenimore/Brandy- Tara and Cody), Cory Fenimore, Darrell Fenimore Jr., Angie Fenimore, James Fenimore, Desiree Whitaker, Frankie Whitaker, Lynn Palmour,( Benjamin jr./Ashley-great uncle to Benjamin, Carson, Sophia McGrath ) (Brittany/Jimmy Alumbaugh-great uncle to Kaylem, Carter,Addilynn,Brendon, Mackenzie) uncle to (Lily/BrentleyCopeland great uncle to Ryker)uncle to (Stacie Shaller-great uncle to Zachary/Amberlyn- great great uncle Michael and Cecile Schaller), great uncle to (Krista/Garet Hammer), uncle to (Keri/Orin Schmitt great uncle to Sadie/Rhett Bellelo and Tristen Amedee), uncle to Keith Stoufflet, Caroline/Boris Alarcon, Merrill Stoufflet, (Brandon/Brianna Stoufflet-great uncle to Kylan and Khloe Stoufflet),uncle to Etinne Stoufflet, Zachary Stoufflet, Isabella Barrone, Lj Amedee, Godson Tommy Rivers. Ex. Brother in law to but still loved Debbie, Barbara, Natalie, Tanya, Amy. Also beloved by his late mother in law Sadie Stoufflet. Robert held many different jobs over his life, from cutting grass and landscaping at Louisiana landscaping , to beta analysis for Coastline Construction and Torch inc. to specialist offshore painting equipment at Huber hydraulics , fiber optic cable installation specialist, tub and tile resurfacing, to barter/ manager at the local VFW in Mississippi. To cooking at the Ancor seafood and restaurant, to grilling for Murphys bar Steak night and Sunday specials and running the pool tournament. Robert was a very hard worker, no matter the job. He did it at 100% and gave his all to it. He had to travel a lot for work, that even took him to Jamaica one time to do some underwater welding. Robert loved his family, friends, our furry babies, fishing and shooting pool. Robert was a member of the APA pool association. His favorite job was the installation of the fiber optic he said that he loved getting it all installed and seeing it work, and he loved to grill. Robert will be dearly missed. Rest in peace now my love.
