Raymond Donald Blair, Jr.

Raymond Donald “Don” Blair Jr. passed away peacefully in his home in the early morning hours of January 29, 2026.

He was preceded in death by his beloved son, Raymond Donald Blair III.

Raymond is survived by his daughter, Heather Germann; his granddaughters, Kimberly Knight, Alexys Germann, and Azlynn Blair; his grandson, Jayson Germann Jr.; and his great-grandsons, Oliver and Asher.

He is also lovingly remembered by his cousins Layne Blair and Mark Blair, his mother, his two sisters, his fiancée, and many extended family members and friends who will miss him deeply.

In accordance with his direct wishes, Don will be cremated and his ashes will be combined with those of his son. Don and his son shared a deep love for one another and a lifelong passion for fishing — a bond that brought them peace, laughter, and countless memories on the water.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Don’s life in their own meaningful way.
