Joshua "Bubby" Avery Taylor

Joshua Avery Taylor was born on September 6, 1989, in New Orleans, Louisiana to Carl Avery Taylor Sr. and the late Sedra Duplessis Taylor. He attended St. John Christian Academy in New Orleans and graduated from Fort Bend Christian Academy in Houston, Texas.

Joshua was a Faith Life Ministries Church member and was baptized at the Upper Room Bible Church in New Orleans Louisiana. He was fun-loving, filled with laughter, and liked to joke and spend time with family.

Joshua leaves to cherish his wonderful memories, his loving father, Pastor Carl Avery Taylor Sr., and step-mother, Vanessa Taylor; his grandmother, Bernadine Duplessis; five uncles, Wilbert Gibson, Kenneth Vaughn, Cedric Duplessis, Sidney Duplessis (Louise), and Cyril Duplessis Sr. (Wanda); five aunts, Cindy Duplessis, Silesia Gore, Sheila Keller, Linda Warren, and Yolanda Gibson (Glen); three brothers, Carl Jr., Ryan (Jeanette), and Brandon; seven sisters, Tenika, Syntrell Anderson (Jeffery), Loren, Anicia, Sera, Dasia and Aleisha and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Sedra Taylor, His grandmother, Evelyn Dent, and his grandfathers, Sidney Duplessis Sr. and Rufus Durrell.
