Harold Herbert Nelli

Harold Herbert Nelli, known to his loved ones as Heb, passed away on August 23, 2023, at the age of 96 in Mandeville Louisiana.  He was born on Mary 21, 1927 in Illinois.  Harold was a strong-willed and hard-working man throughout his entire life. He was married into a family that he loved and treated as his own.  Despite his age, Harold remained self-reliant and independent.

In his career, Harold served as a Seaman, dedicating his time and skills to his profession. He displayed a strong work ethic and commitment to his duties.

Outside of work, had a deep passion for golf and enjoyed his leisure time on the golf course. He also had a love for watching the Cubs play ball, showing his support for his favorite team.

Harold will be missed by his surviving family members, including, his daughter, Star Ann Frissella, son, Charles Frisella, daughter, Chanell Frickey, granddaughter, Brittney Frisella, nephew Ken Grelle nephew Chaz Grelle, and many other grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Delores Nelli, sister, Dolly and sister, Rene.

Harold Nelli will be remembered for his strength, hard work, and love for his family. His presence will be greatly missed, but his memory will live on the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
