Guy Anthony Woodruff

Guy Woodruff, 68 of Lacombe, LA passed away April 30, 2026.

Guy was born on September 25, 1957 in New Orleans, LA. He relocated to Lacombe, LA in 1976.  He was well known and talented carpenter who built or renovated countless homes and businesses all over St. Tammany Parish and the greater New Orleans area. 

He is preceded in death by his father Samuel C. Woodruff, Jr, mother Maxine Betz Woodruff and his brother Kenneth Woodruff.

He is survived by his siblings Sandra Dimm (Tommy) and Richard Woodruff. He is also survived by his 4 children Guy, Jr (Tommie) of Buffalo, NY, Joshua (Melinda) of High Point, NC, Christen Woodruff of Slidell, LA  and Sadie Briggs of Covington, LA along with his 4 grandchildren of High Point, NC, Rylee, Makenzi, Lily and Jameson all of whom were his pride and joy!  

A gathering and celebration of life will be held at the VFW hall in Lacombe, LA on June 13, 2026 at 1 pm. We invite family, friends and members of the community who knew him to join us in remembering and celebrating his life.
