Dwayne Alan Alfred, Sr.

Pastor Dwayne Alan Alfred Sr. was born on December 7, 1961, in Slidell, Louisiana, to Anthony Alfred and Victoria Alfred (deceased). He grew up with his sibling’s Ray Alfred (deceased), Cheryl Alfred Troullier, Michael Alfred, and Tiffany Alfred Drake.

He dedicated his life to providing for his family and making sure they never went without. His legacy of faith, love, and hope will continue to inspire and guide his closest loved ones.

Pastor Dwayne Alan Alfred Sr. was a man of deep faith and a devoted pastor of "On Fire Raising the Standard Ministries", where he dedicated his life to guiding and supporting others in the name of Jesus. His unwavering love for the Lord and commitment to his beliefs made him a pillar to his family and closest friends. 

He was a loving husband to Glynis Guidry-Alfred for 37 years. They shared 5 beautiful children, Dwayne Alfred Jr, Gavin Alfred, Gabrielle Craig-Alfred, Grace Alfred, Alanah Smith-Alfred. Pastor Dwayne cherished his family above all. He created countless joyful memories through his love for fishing, gardening, hunting, and BBQing, always giving praise and thanks to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. His laughter and warmth filled every family gathering, leaving a lasting impact on everyone involved. We will always remember the times that we shared with him, and look forward to the day that we meet him in our eternal home in heaven.
