DeKeidric Markel Brumfield, 43, was born on February 4, 1981, to the union of Roy Kennon and Elvetta Brumfield in Franklinton, LA. DeKeidric received his formal education at Mt. Hermon High School in Mt. Hermon, LA. He furthered his education at Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, LA and Northshore Technical College in Bogalusa, LA. DeKeidric worked at Walmart and was currently employed at Elmer’s Candy Corporation. DeKeidric accepted Christ as his Savior at an early age and was united with Shady Grove Missionary Baptist Church and then he later joined Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church. DeKeidric leaves to cherish his precious memories, his parents, Roy Kennon Brumfield and Elvetta Brumfield; his grandparents Wilma Tate and Oliver Tate; his brother Cortnie R. Brumfield (Candi); his Godsister Keundra Campbell; his nephews Kaden Brumfield, Tristan Brumfield, and Elijah Campbell; his nieces Alyssa Brumfield and Alayaa Campbell; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins. DeKeidric was preceded in death by his brother Cory Brumfield; his grandmother Jessie Lee Brumfield; his grandfather William Brumfield, Jr.; and his aunt Hilda Faye.
