David was a disabled Veteran of the Air Force National Guard. He retired for Coca- Cola Company earning the distinction of a Master- Master Mechanic, an honor he was very proud of. David 1st passion was being a mechanic. In retirement, although he couldn’t physically assist anyone, he was thrilled to continue providing advice to family and friends. His 2nd passion was jogging, entering all races held in NOLA.
Dave’s legacy was that of a loving, generous, kind, honest man who was a friend to all. He lived his life the way he wanted. He will be sadly missed.
Shortly before his death, Dave spoke of a man and women that appeared to him. I now feel that it was two angels (his mother and father) that appeared and guided him to heaven.
