He worked as a laborer. Charley loved music and football. He leaves to cherish his precious memories, his wife Marie B. Williams; his children Charlie Williams, Caroline Williams, Patrick Williams, and Vanessa Williams; his brothers Earl Henry Williams and Sidney Marshall; his granddaughter Vanessa (Cassandra) Dillion; and a host of other relatives and loved ones. He was preceded in death by his parents Mary Jordan and Charley Williams, Sr.; his brother Benjamin Williams; his sister Ida Faure; and his daughter Vanessa G. Williams.
