Audrey Marie (Johnson) Vicknair

Audrey Marie Johnson Haisch Vicknair, passed away on October 9, 2021, at the age of 88, due to complications of Covid 19. Born in New Orleans, Louisiana and resided on the North Shore. She was both a New Orleans Saints fan and a Dallas Cowboys fan. She enjoyed playing cards with her sons. She was the most loving and giving mother, wife, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great grandmother and aunt. She was loved and gave love to everyone she met. Her smile was bright enough to light the world. She lived a fulfilling life and there is a special place in heaven for her. She is now resting with her children, who loved and catered to her every needs.  She is at peace now and will be forever missed by everyone who knew her for her love, compassion and understanding. Of course, we can’t forget about her match making skills. Family was her life, just as she was ours.

 Born to the late Clarence Johnson and Evelyn Matherne Johnson. Sister to the late Clarence R. Johnson and Mavis Johnson Conravey. Preceded in death by her three sons, Robert Haisch Jr., Gary Haisch and Jesse Haisch Sr. Survived by grandchildren, Keisha White, Jesse Haisch Jr., and Robert Haisch. Great grandmother to Saiann White, Marius White Jr., Davante White, Giana Haisch and Aubrey Haisch. Great- great grandmother to Isis Denet. Further survived by nieces, Nancy Conravey and Carol Levy and others.  

Relatives and friends are invited to attend mass at 12:00pm on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church. Visitation will begin at 10:30am at 66192 St. Mary Drive, Pearl River, Louisiana 70452. Masks are required to attend services.
