Amanda Sylve Obituary

Amanda Lynn Gay- Sylve, was born on July 28, 1976 in Pascagoula, Mississippi.   

    Amanda was married to Keith Wayne Sylve, Sr. and they resided at their home in Lacombe. She was known for her talents in various fields of work. She was an excellent short line cook at Rocko’s and Danny & Clydes. She also did housekeeping for Comfort Inn & Suites. She also did private house cleaning. Amanda accepted Christ as her Personal Savior at an early age. In her leisure, “Whoa-Dee” enjoyed custom designing items and cheering for the Saints football team. She worked with ink, paint and other crafting items. During “All Saints” she took great pride in helping to beautify the graves of loved ones.

    She leaves to mourn but cherish her loving memories; her devoted husband, Keith Wayne Sylve, Sr. of Lacombe, Louisiana; her children, Brooklyn Judd Ward of Arkansas, Kaitlynn Sylve and Keith “KJ” Sylve, Jr. both of Lacombe; her grandchildren, Marley Ross, McKenzie Ross and Tate Boyd Ward of Arkansas; her mother Terri (Bill) Lisiecki of Broussard, Louisiana; her mother-in-law, Elaine Sylve; one sister, Rebecca Hatcher of Peoria, Illinois; one brother, Thomas McCosh of Broussard, Louisiana; paternal grandmother, Betty Kraft of Slidell, Louisiana; three brothers-in-law, Byron Sylve, Adam Batiste and Kojak Batiste; three sisters-in-law, Jennifer Sylve, Marlene Sylve and Detrich Sylve as well as a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
