Harriet Ann (Hebert) Beale

Harriet Ann Hebert Beale, 74, was born on September 20, 1945 to Rev. Melvin Hebert, Sr. and Rev. Nina Holliday Hebert in Independence, LA.

Harriet received her formal education from Greenville Park in Hammond, Louisiana and Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Before settling  to Hammond, Louisiana, she lived in Ponchatoula, Louisiana. Harriet accepted Christ as her Personal Savior at en early age.

She retired as a certified nursing assistant from North Oaks Medical Center after 21 years of service.

On Thursday, October 10, 2019, the Lord looked down and whispered "Come to me my daughter and rest from your labor" at the Ochsner Hospital Main Campus.

Harriet leaves to cherish her wonderful memories: her children; Kenneth Beale, Evelyn (Dixid) Moore, Tony Beale and Anna Beale. (1) brother, Robert Hebert, (1) sister, Melba Lewis. (23) grandchildren, (21) great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George A. Beale, Jr., her parents, Rev. Melvin & Rev. Nina H. Hebert, Sr., (3) bothers; Louis Hebert, Melvin Hebert, Jr. and Bobby Turner and (4) sisters; Ernestine Anderson, Nina Marchand, Diane Varnado and Gloria Turner.
